Top and Bottom

Well, would you lookie here ... I've actually gone and sewn myself an outfit!

The top was sewn in a 'tester' fabric as I wasn't sure if I liked it or not and wouldn't cry if I stuffed it up. Turns out, I did make a couple of mistakes but I'm calling them learning curves as I could fix them on the way and the result was this truly comfy top.  I'm now looking at either this or this fabric to make more tops from.
The trousers, well ..oh my gosh! They are super, super comfortable and were the easiest things to make. In fact, out of all the things that I have sewn, these trousers were the easiest. They took less than 10 minutes to cut out and less than 10 minutes to sew as there were only 3 pattern pieces (2 legs & 1 waistband). Easy. Quick. Comfy. So freaking comfy!
