New things and a Giveaway

 

 A quick shop update and details of an awesome Giveaway via Instagram.
I've been busy making plenty of mess in my house, the results are some lovely new yarn colourways and some really useful project bags to toss your wips into.
Firstly some sun-shiney yarn:

This is a new range in my store, I'm calling the range Shadey as it's one colour but in many shades within the one skein. The first batch was some beautiful yellow that reminded me of a canary.

Next up, I had a desire to make a pouch for knitting projects that actually fitted the big balls of wool that I used and I of course, made extra for you!

The project bags zip open really wide for easy access and there are currently two available here..

I wanted to say a big thank you to each & every one of you, my awesome 'followers', especially those on Instagram. The Instagram community is really friendly, encouraging, upbeat, inspiring and I'm always glad I logged on & checked my IG feed as you pick me up when I am down.
So as a way to say thank you, I'm offering one of my new project bags and a skein of wool for you to win! (see the top photo in blog post) 

You can pick either a skein of the Canary Shadey Sock yarn or a skein of the Relic Speckle sock yarn to go along with the project bag.

Winning entry will be validated -- meaning that you must have followed the directions above, if not, then another winner will be picked.

How will the winner be picked?  I'll open Instagram, click on the hashtag #IheartCraftyRie and hand my phone to my 2yo daughter Delaney who will do what kids do best ...scroll, scroll, scroll and when she finally stops scrolling (ie playing) and I take the phone back off her, whomever she has 'landed on' will be the winner (after the entry is validated). Now this procedure it purely random and could take anything from a couple of minutes to perform to a couple of hours depending on the mood of the 'picker'!!!!
