Grab the pattern here, it's super easy and can be made with either hand sewing or a hot glue gun. The pattern comes with the directions for a fairy wand as well and it also shows you how to make it into an elf crown. I'm totally thinking of making an elf crown using glitter felt, it'll look super cute beyond words!
