People & planning

Have you thought ahead to next year? Do you use a planner, a diary or a calendar?
I started using a planner/diary this year for all things me and then I use a calendar (in the kitchen) for all things family.
I've been searching the internet trying to find the perfect planner to use in 2015 - I have a preference for spiral bound as I like the planner to lay flat. Do you have a preference, do you have any suggestions for me?
These are the ones that I have come across, like & am thinking of getting one of them and maybe a couple for gifts - as they sure do beat the standard ones from the newsagents here!

  1. I've been using Moleskine for the last 12 years now - the Weekly Planner & Notebook. I like that it has the week on the left as I want to see the week at a glance, and space for notes on the right. The way it is bound allows it to lay flat when opened. After using the pocketsized for many years, I turned to the A5 size and find it brilliant. Yes, it is expensive and very plain, but the dedign in terms of layout, spaces, pockets and whatnots is perfect for me.

    1. My needs keep changing each year for a planner - this year I actually needed the day numbers ie.. day number 321, 320 etc not sure what I'll need for next year ... I think I'll hold off buying one until after Xmas and I'm planning my projects for the new year.
